#1 During the shooting process, unfortunately without understanding a single word in Japanese, in the dialog between the stylist and the photographer one English word came up several times – cover, that’s when it struck me that this in fact might be a cover-shoot.
#2 When I got my print copy, it was quite strange holding it in my hands, since in the west we’re used to flipping through it from left to right, not the other way around.
#3 These were my first 3 months of living in Tokyo, during which I was able to experience the life-style and cultural differences with other countries. Most importantly, you can’t miss how hyper-optimized things are and how super-organized people are at their jobs.
